Privacy Policy

Effective July 18, 2026

One-on-One Reconnect is a service operated by an individual developer. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the service.

Information we collect

We collect the information you provide when creating and using an account: your email address, name, profile photo, work and education information, interests, timezone, availability, meeting proposals, meeting details, and messages you include with a proposal.

If you sign in with Google, we receive the name, email address, and profile photo that Google provides to create or sign you in to your account. We do not receive or store your Google password.

How we use and share information

We use your information to operate the service: authenticate you, show your profile and availability to other signed-in users, help you propose and manage one-on-one meetings, and send meeting-related email notifications. Meeting details and proposals are visible only to the people participating in that meeting.

We do not sell personal information or use Google user data for advertising. We use Google user data only to provide the functionality described in this policy and in the Google consent screen.

Optional Google Meet creation

If you choose “Set up Google Meet” while arranging a meeting, we request Google’s meetings.space.created permission only to create a Meet space on your behalf. The authorization token is used for that one-time action and is not stored for later use. We save the resulting Meet link and space identifier with the meeting so that its participants can join it.

Service providers and storage

We use Supabase to provide authentication and database storage, Resend to deliver transactional meeting emails, and Google to provide Google sign-in and the optional Google Meet feature. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service, users, or others from harm.

Retention and security

We retain account and service information while your account remains active and as needed to operate the service, resolve issues, or meet legal obligations. We use reasonable measures intended to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and contact

You can update much of your profile and availability in the service. To request account or personal-data deletion, or to ask a privacy question, email oneoneone.support@gmail.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above.
